REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from www.Ellen Vandamme.be.
The Client has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
Please notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase before returning the good(s) to us. There is no claim to a refund if the product has been used, the packaging has been damaged or written on or the order has been opened and/or has not been returned in the original packaging.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, i.e. without traces of make-up or hair, perfume or cigarette smell, not washed, without damage or other defect).

If the returned product is somehow depreciated in value, Ellen Vandamme reserves the right to hold the Client liable and to claim damages for any depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Client that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All returned items are carefully examined. The starting point here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as they would be allowed to do in a shop. Returned items may be fitted but must not have been used.

If an article has been devalued by the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer.
If the Customer cancels the agreement, Ellen Vandamme will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that moment, excluding the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Ellen Vandamme has been informed of the decision of the Customer to cancel the agreement. In the case of sales agreements, Ellen Vandamme can delay the refund until it has received all goods back, or until the Customer has proven that they have returned the goods, whichever time is the earliest.
Possible extra costs as a result of the Customer’s choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Ellen Vandamme will not be refunded.
Ellen Vandamme will reimburse the Customer with the same means of payment as with which the Customer carried out the original transaction, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case the Customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.
